From November 5 to 8 the 32nd international exhibition in the field of labor safety and labor protection A + A 2019 was held in Dusseldorf. For the first time in its history, more than 73 thousand people visited it and more than 2 thousand participating companies from 130 countries of the world showed their products at the exhibition.
The exposition of the Suksun Optical and Mechanical Plant was located at the Russian collective stand of the PPE Association together with the strategic partners Vostok-Service and Technoavia.
ROSOMZ experts presented the innovative developments: safety glasses with an innovative optical coating ALMAZ, the latest line of safety earmuffs with steel headbands SOMZ-65 Stalnoy Lev, SOMZ-9 Stalnoy GEPARD and much more.
During the work at the exhibition, we held more than 30 negotiations on expanding cooperation and selling ROSOMZ products to foreign markets in Europe, Africa and Asia.
A + A exhibition was accompanied by an extensive business program - the Congress which included seminars and round tables, discussion of development trends in the global market for personal protective equipment, a demonstration of the best new products in the field of PPE.
As part of the congress, a presentation of ROSOMZ products for foreign partners was held, which was attended by: Valery Korzh, Director of the Department of Labor Conditions and Labor Protection of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation; Henk Vanhouette, Secretary General of the European Safety Federation; Karl-Heinz Noetel, President of the International Social Security Association and representatives of major international companies from the labor protection market.

Ivan Kolchanov, General Director of the Suksun Optical and Mechanical Plant, made a presentation “Prospects and Export Opportunities for Promoting Russian PPE to the International Markets”. The presentation caused a lively discussion, all participants were involved in the discussion process. We saw the interest of foreign buyers in the supply of our products due to the advantage in reducing delivery times, stable quality that meets European standards.
